Carlos Martínez is a construction professional, graduated as an architect from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) with an executive master degree in business administration EMBA at Barna Business School, a certified trained in construction management, a certified reinforced concrete wall designer and certified in design smart building and smart cities.

After constant growth, management of clients, investment consulting, he made the decision to create Ahead Construction, a company with more than 8 years in the market dedicated to generating turnkey projects which consists of presenting an idea to clients/investors, the concept of a project that includes economic feasibility and then to a finished architectural design, construction, budgeting, construction management, administrative management, completion, return over investment.

The Gentleman’s RD magazine in its edition of construction in 2019 recognized us as a visionary, innovative company with a comprehensive professional practice, in 2017 winning the third place in the Cemex 2017 awards for the IMG Punta Cana project, in 2015 Arquitecto Magazine present our project Casas del Rio.

Ahead Construction

Starts in 2012 when Arch. Carlos Martinez with the aim of creating a different concept of construction projects concept and management.

Our diverse experiences, vocation, service, and responsiveness have helped us to a successful experience thanks to the support and trust of our clients.

We currently have an office in Santo Domingo with a scope throughout the Caribbean, encompassing the management, planning, execution, and management of projects, real estate, commercial, retail and hospitals. We rely on creating turnkey projects creating innovative products from the initial idea through concept materialized with impeccable finishing details, our financial transparency and organized execution.

For more than 2 years we design and build a hospital under the international standards of the Joint Commission and Accreditation Canada for high-level hospital centers. More than 15 years of multidisciplinary experience among architects, engineers, interior designers, furniture designers, etc.
