El Salvador Citizenship By Investment Program

General Requirements:

  1. The procedure must be presented four (4) weeks before the entry of the foreign person to Salvadoran territory.
  2. Commitment letter authenticated by a Salvadoran notary and signed by the Legal Representative of the supporting national or foreign Society.
  3. Photocopy of ID or DUI of the certified guarantor.
  4. Address, telephone, and email where the backer can be contacted or notified.
  5. If the guarantor is a company, they must present the letter of endorsement on letterhead and a copy of all the legal documentation of said company, duly certified.
  6. Program of activities to be carried out abroad in El Salvador.
  7. Travel itinerary in which the airline, flight number, date of entry and exit from the territory must be detailed.
  8. Photocopy of the valid Passport
  9. The CV of the foreign person who will enter the country.
