Green One II Residences is a real estate project designed for the sale and long term rent of apartments conceived to supply the growing demand for high end residences in the eastern area of the Dominican Republic; It constitutes the second stage of the Green One project.

The residential building will be in Punta Cana Village, a vibrant residential and commercial community. Area Overview.

The Dominican Republic is internationally recognized for being a tourist leader in the entire Central American and Caribbean region. On the other hand, the Ministry of Tourism reports that, during 2019, the Tourism Development Council (Confotur) approved the classification of 51 definitive projects, impacting these projects mainly in the La Altagracia province, with an apparent investment of US $ 3,024.9 million, which will provide some 18,850 rooms and generate about 17,900 direct and indirect jobs.

It also includes an area earmarked for professional buildings, including the country’s main banks, law firm offices, and tour operators. The future phases for development are already set out in the master plan that includes an executive golf course, a social club with all the sports facilities, including tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, and a semiOlympic swimming pool.
